📱 How You Receive SMS Messages

When you request towing services from a company using TowPro, you provide your phone number as part of the service request. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your tow service.

Additionally, customers who call a towing company's TowVoice AI line provide their number verbally. The AI confirms: "You will receive a text message with a tracking link for your driver."

Types of Messages Sent

TowPro sends the following SMS messages on behalf of towing companies:

  • Dispatch Confirmation: "Your tow has been dispatched! Track your driver: https://towpro.ai/track/[id] — Reply STOP to opt out."
  • Driver Tracking: Real-time tracking link sent when a driver is en route.
  • Service Completion: Notification when the job is complete.
  • Review Request (optional): "How was your experience? Leave a review: [link] — Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency

1–4 messages per service request. Message frequency varies based on service activity.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START.
