When you request towing services from a company using TowPro, you provide your phone number as part of the service request. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your tow service.

Additionally, customers who call a towing company's TowVoice AI line provide their number verbally. The AI confirms: "You will receive a text message with a tracking link for your driver."
TowPro sends the following SMS messages on behalf of towing companies:
1–4 messages per service request. Message frequency varies based on service activity.
Reply STOP to any TowPro message at any time. Because multiple towing companies may send through the TowPro messaging service, replying STOP will stop all TowPro dispatch messages sent to your number — not just messages from one company. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START.
