Business Information: When you register, we collect your company name, owner name, business phone number, address, and email address.

Customer Data: Through our dispatch platform, we collect customer names, phone numbers, pickup/dropoff addresses, and vehicle information for the purpose of completing tow service jobs.

Call Data: Our AI receptionist (TowVoice) records and transcribes inbound calls with caller consent. Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are stored securely.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, including log data, browser type, and pages visited.

3. SMS Communications

TowPro sends SMS messages to end customers of towing companies using our platform. These messages include:

• Job dispatch confirmations
• Real-time driver tracking links
• Service completion notifications
• Review request messages

SMS messages are sent only in connection with active service requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from a specific towing company. For help, reply HELP.

• To provide and operate the TowPro dispatch platform

• Service Providers: Twilio (SMS/phone), Vapi (AI voice), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting)
• Towing Company Operators: Customer data is shared with the towing company that received your service request
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Job records and call transcripts are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
