1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TowPro.ai (“TowPro,” “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including towing company operators and their customers.

2. Description of Service

TowPro provides an AI-powered dispatch and operations platform for towing companies, including: AI voice receptionist (TowVoice), job dispatch management, customer SMS notifications, driver tracking, review automation, and business analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use TowPro, you must register a business account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Professional plan features. After the trial period:

  • Starter Plan: $149/month
  • Professional Plan: $299/month
  • Enterprise Plan: $499/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

TowPro sends automated SMS messages to your customers on your behalf. By using our SMS features, you agree to:

  • Only send messages to customers who have provided their phone number in connection with a service request
  • Comply with all applicable SMS regulations including TCPA and CTIA guidelines
  • Honor opt-out requests (STOP messages) promptly
  • Not use our platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal content

Message frequency varies based on job activity. Standard message and data rates apply to end recipients. For support, recipients may text HELP. To opt out, recipients may text STOP.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm customers through our platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send fraudulent or misleading communications

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permissions to collect and share customer data with TowPro.

8. Intellectual Property

TowPro and its features, including TowVoice, TowTrack, and TowRep, are owned by TowPro.ai. You retain ownership of your business data. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TowPro is not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
