Cole's Towing — SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Cole's Towing is a towing and roadside assistance business in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our SMS program sends text message notifications about your active service request. Messages may include dispatch confirmations, questions needed to complete your request (pickup location, vehicle details), driver en-route and arrival updates, a driver tracking link, and service completion confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. This page is hosted for Cole's Towing by TowPro.ai, the dispatch software provider we use to operate our business.

2. Opt-In / Consent

You consent to receive SMS text messages from Cole's Towing when you directly contact us to request towing or roadside assistance:

• By phone: you provide your mobile number to our dispatcher as your callback number and are informed that you will receive text updates about your service request
• By text: texting our business number to request service constitutes your opt-in to receive replies about that request

Consent is given directly to Cole's Towing, applies only to messages about your service request, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per service request). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

4. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or contact us to request service again.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Your information is handled as described in the Cole's Towing Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
