When you contact Cole's Towing by phone call or text message to request service, you provide your mobile number and consent to receive SMS text messages about your service request. These messages include dispatch confirmations, questions needed to complete your request (such as pickup location or vehicle details), driver en-route and arrival updates, a link to track your driver, and a completion confirmation.

Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per service request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or call us directly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate our dispatch and messaging systems (TowPro.ai dispatch software and Twilio message delivery), solely to deliver the services described above

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain service records only as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
